I think it looks like a 350Z got attacked by the Texas Chainsaw Massacre dude who was tripping on acid. I really didn’t like the old one either that much. I’m more of an Infinity G35/G37 fan myself. The lines on the Infinity are a work of absolute art. The Z on the other hand looks like the designer had a case of turrets (or in Mike Sanders case a case of crabs*), had a minor seizure, then was beaten over the head with a splintered baseball bat, while simultaneously beating himself with a stapler and to top it off he was defecated upon.
But that’s just me: what are your thoughts on the matter?
*speaking of crabs. stop by Joe’s Crab Shack in Kennesaw GA and ask for Tiffany. She’s the bestest server ever! (and my boss’s daughter). I figure if i suck up enough I may get that raise I so desperately want. SO DO IT FOR ME!
I wasn’t a huge fan at first, but they’re starting to grow on me. The side profile looks awesome, and now that I’m seeing a few modded ones, I’m starting to like the entire car a bit more. Definitely impressed by the added power/reduced weight as well, it’s probably a great car overall. Wish I could afford one!

Yeah… I think it’ll prolly be like the Subarus: at first I think every new model is ugly as hell, then I start seeing ’em and they grow on me. I don’t know if I’ll be able to get over those headlight/fenders though. And I think the front bumper sucks, but aero will fix that. I dunno – if I was in the market for this….. I’d take a serious look at the Genesis coupe.

But yeah, I didn’t like the 370Z too much.. then I saw one, and decided it wasn’t too bad… then I saw the commercial on TV… Wow! That commercial is badass! The sound, the editing.. crazy! Makes me like them more almost.
I was never a huge fan of the 350z. I do like the g37 though. Then again, I think all new cars pretty much look like ass. I’m pointing my finger at you Bangle!

Sad thing is that I think the domestics are looking better these days. I’m half tempted to trade my e39 for a Challanger or Camaro.
the challenger is bloody gorgerous! but also the size of a house! seriously its ****ing huge! i give it to you that the American manufacturers are building gorgeous looking cars but the Achilles heal has always been the interior quality and reliability. granted now they have come in on leaps in bounds in both departments. but as far as interior quality goes they still suck compared to the foreign makes. IE: chevy trailblazer interior looks like it was made out of rejected lego matierals.
Im used to larger cars. I currently have an 01 Dinan 540i, which weighs a few hundred less, but also has 100 less hp (and two extra doors).
I think the skyline is probably the best of the nissan series as far capabilities, but the g35/g37 has the styleing why can’t they put it all together and make one badass car in america. Sign me up but I coudn’t afford it.

N E waaaay – so about this whole car thing. Apparently I don’t have any clue what I’m talking about b/c I think the car in the pic above ^ looks pretty cool. BUT, I drive an ’08 Ford Focus. It’s really cool though, y’know, I’ve got the power locks and windows, ac/heater, cd player – y’know, the works. hehehehe! Whatev.

Like most folks here, I really wasn’t a big fan of the 350z, but I loved the face lift and especially the rear end on the G35 variant. Honestly, I can’t wait to see a new G37 with a big STS twin turbo kit tucked under the hood. All in all, I’m really a wagon person myself, but I guess the sedan will have to do.
