For 2010, the much beloved R32 will be gone and in it’s place VW will be introducing the R20. For dub fans, the R20 is a dream come true, for it is the closet thing we will get to the much drooled over Audi S3 in Europe. The R20 will be equipped with a 270hp version of the 2.0 TSI motor in the GTi but with with a k04 JB Welded on. To put the power appropiately down, it also comes equipped with VW/Audi’s tried and true Quattro system and a DSG and 6 speed manual. please look below for pictures courtesy of autoblog.com:
Slam it
Throw a real stick shift in it (non of this auto-stick crap) and I’d take one in a heartbeat. Ok… seriously, I would take one regardless but I prefer the stick to paddles. I know I’m not alone in this thought.
I kind of dislike the curvy trend on the new cars but i’m sure you throw some BBS on anything Euro, it will look fine
