Oh, Suby owners, when will you learn? Your car was a different color, with shiny gold rims, but the power was no better than the last. Yes, you had the fat exhaust, and cute little chirpy blow off valve, but your motor was not strong enough to pull you to infinite glory. Your Black Suby might be intimidating to some people, but not to me. The story be told:

As I humbly cruised down the highway, peacefully minding my own business, cruising at 70 in the passing lane, headlights appear on the horizon. I, having the slower vehicle in the fastest lane, yield to my fellow brethren speeder. As I maintain my relaxed pace, a noise starts to vibrate like a buzzing bee next to me. Lo and behold, a black WRX slowly passes and keeps going for a few car lengths, then moves to my lane without incident. Up ahead, cars are going at a slower pace in our lane, so the need to avoid them becomes imminent. The soon-to-be-challenger, goes around them, yet stays in the lane of passing. I pass, then get back into the comfortable position of what was my previous lane. After 5 miles of this, the driver can stand the suspense and my lack of interest no more. He slows down, so I will begin to pass. At my quarter panel, he begins to accelerate and release so he can let me know he has a cute little turbo and wants to try to use it. I continue to ignore his vain attempts of trying to rouse me into a challenge.

At this point, the ramp to 85 is getting close, and several tractor trailers are dominating the lanes of passage there. As I contemplate this, yet wait patiently for an opening between lanes of cars, I had the feeling my counterpart wanted to exit as well. We must have been thinking the same thing, for just as he hit the gas, I hit the throttle 1 second later, and saw my opening to my glorious exit 4 lanes over. He was out in front in his lane at full throttle first, but all his hopes were dashed, as I quickly passed and out distanced him. My path opened up before me as I approached every vehicle, easily putting me far ahead of his ever-fading headlights. I then slinked down one of the super-secret 85 short cuts to further my distance, and to not see him again.

I love putting petty cheesy stories on the internet. It's mildly entertaining.

When I saw the thread title, I figured it was going to be another thread about chouston trying to run someone.

Net glory was mine once more. Sub-level humor and minor entertainment commences yet still. Praise to the net for making me some-what famous in a small realm of the world.

I'm actually just trying to post-whore and get my post count up. I'm really just one of those nerds who talks about having a fast car, but won't actually race anyone from a web site so they won't find out the truth.

Ford - living up to it's name.

I don't go to IA much at all. Too much drama and instigating for me. I troll other forums sometimes to find car shows, but that's about it.
