Question... Why does the word "or" have to be involved? I personally think it should be "and". Turbo and supercharger. /discussion

hmmm lemme thinks...

i always have enjoyed the sound of trapped kittens under my hood screaming at the top of their lungs as i press the gas pedal further to the floor....

but then again there is something just... naughty about the sound of rushing air followed by my blow off valve sound and gurgle through the exhaust pipe echoing in the mind of the person who just lost...

vrrooommmm *pssssshhh.....GODDAMN BATMAN* _SHIFT_

It depends on the application, but turbo is a much better option usually. SC would do good in an auto X situation where there is limited spare for acceleration.

I guess it depends on the type of car, and the goals set. But generally, I would prefer a Turbocharger over a Supercharger, especially for my car.

Hellion Power Systems is stepping into the realm of utilizing both S/C and T/C on big V8s and have been pretty successful. It's all application dependent and what your goals are. I like S/C'ing.
