So, how much are they payin' extras for 12 hours of shooting? Hopefully something worth the effort, since the late hours will be whacked.

The person I know in the movie is for a club scene, so I don't know if it changes with vehicles.

Sounds like you were talking to the teamsters guys. They get paid a lot just to drive stuff around and wait. When they make deliveries of goods, they don't even have to help you unload it.

Yeah, that's what I thought. They expect you to do it for the clout, which is exactly what most people go for. Extras typically don't get crap, but hopefully most will take advantage of the craft services that are around.
