They should hold this *ish in FL or something for real. The drive to Nashville is soo boring...but not as bad as Memphis.

Maybe they are doing it in response to the flood to try to boost the economy a little bit around that area

I doubt it, but it's a feel good way of looking at it imo.

They do it every year there, spring and fall meet. Stay at the laquinta or mariott where most of the atlanta people stayed at in july. The location of the meet is about 5-10 minutes from the hotel. The next exit on the hwy, and make a left and goesstraight to titan field. Its a nice location next to the rive, and downtown nashville.

This is definitely more of a tradition than trying to prop up the economy. We've been doing fall meets in Nashville, since 2005. We may have done a winter/fall meet before we did the first summer meet. It's definitely laid back and a very nice venue with the Nashville skyline as a backdrop for the event. Weather cooperating this should be awesome. It'll be great to be back downtown.

Maybe ill actually be able to make it in time to party instead of having a 3 hr drive turn into a 12 hr drive.
