Back story: Over the weekend my clutch line failed on me. Since then I've had to remove and re-install the TMIC a couple of times diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Also a couple days later my car overheated, turned it off and noticed the radiator was leaking, so I replaced that as well.

Now the car seems to be running differently, 1st gear doesn't feel as responsive all around, 1st gear and low RPM power throughout is crap. I do hear the turbo spooling, and it does hit peak boost at times, but overall the car just doesn't seem as responsive as it did previously.

I have checked over all the intercooler fittings that i had to loosen to work on it, several times in fact, and everything seems to check out fine, they all look tight and the seals look good.

Is there something I'm missing or something else I should check? In advance.. thanks for helping the n00b, lol.

I've had boost leak issues so many times, it's not funny. Typically, it's a heat related issue where my lines have gotten crispy from heat, or there have been tiny holes in the hoses. The signs of a small leak for me were usually overboosting, or my air/fuel reading too rich or too lean. There were other times when my coupler to my turbo & intercooler kept blowing a big hole in it from heat, and also sometimes my clamps would blow off the intercooler pipe. Those were some of the only times when I felt a loss of power.

Yeah we checked everything again today to no avail... but Paul and myself took it out earlier and basically just gave it hell to see if it built boost and it seemed to... so we'll see when i get off today how it's doin.

Its hard to do a boost leak test on a top mount car, however I have a little setup at the shop I use to pressurize systems if you want to try it out.
