Lately, I’ve been on a huge kick of wanting to build some sort of old hot rod (I’ve been constantly searching eBay motors for late 40’s/early 50’s Mercury coupes, although I keep getting depressed at how expensive they are and how broke I am, haha). I randomly stumbled across this video of a 48 Pontiac tearing it up in Finland on the DriftMechaniks forums last week and was instantly even more inspired. More of this needs to happen and get documented as it’s probably the most unique and awesome thing I’ve seen drifting in some time.
that is hands down cooler then every 240 combined….evar.
noooo… you drift guys already killed the 240…… don’t ruin hot rods for everybody too. joke joke

Dude…old Hornet tearing it up…That just made my day. Awesome vid…
Very nice…..Need to get my 1940 Plymouth Coupe going. Would not dare drift it though. What’s even more funny and epic about the video is that he’s doing in it on wide whites…..wonder if they’re bias ply?
