   Did anyone notice the US Postal truck parked in the lane? These guys have connections.

   However, despite my habits, I do think the $30 entry fee at ATCO would be safer and cheaper than killing another person or going to jail.

   We have been getting away with it for years now since the early 80’s. Looks like that race is happening on the Conduit or Belt Parkway in Queens. It’s the same spots that are used late at night on a Saturday or Sunday. Traffic is halted for each race or until the authorities show up then they move on to another location.
