This is a 1960 BMW 507 TS Series II. Apparently, this was the last BMW 507 to leave the factory. And it is the only 507 indicated as a 1960 model. The current owner has had the car for 9 years… and the previous owner (a friend of his) owned it for 44 years before that. In those last 53 years, the car has seen 50,000 miles. It gets driven mostly on tours, and at events like the Hilton Head Concours pictured here. This BMW 507 has been carefully maintained over the last 53 years… but never fully restored.
