Just wanted to give ya’ll an update on printing. The mag got printed (yay), we’re still in business (woopie). The newsstand-bound issues are going out today, and the subscriber issues go out Tuesday. Yaaaaaaaay……you bastards…….damn this costs a lot of money. =)

Michael – just buy a subscription. Honestly, we don’t make any money at all off of subscriptions (when you figure cost of printing the mag 12 times plus shipping it 12 times)… but it makes us happy (in the pants). Plus – it’s cheaper for you and you won’t have to search through bookstores trying to find us…. and advertisers like to see that we have subscriptions, because it’s a guaranteed person seeing their ad. =)

When is the magazine suppose to really hit the shelves? I went into borders yesterday and i didn’t see the magazine… Is it that they didn’t receive it or they just haven’t gotten the time to put it up? I know at my store the driver who delivers them puts up the magazines but then again we only carry around 7-9 different magazines…
Give it some time, remember.. those people have to package it up, send it out (a day or two transit time), unpackage it at the store, and then some lazy $7.50/hr employee has to get off their ass and actually put it out on the shelves.
