The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) is currently attacking both the automotive industry and the automotive aftermarket industry from all sides. Most recently they have worked out a sweetheart deal with eBay Motors to force them to stop selling any type of defeat devices. This includes parts like tuners, standalone ECU’s, off-road exhausts, O2 sensor bypass, throttle response controllers, etc. Basically anything cool and fun that makes the automotive aftermarket tick.

I’m not exactly sure where and how the EPA suddenly got so much power, but they seem to be drunk on it and currently have their sights set on our hobby/industry.
