Phoenix Redemption: A True Rise From The Ashes…
There’s a special kind of magic that happens when passion meets purpose. And in the case of Victory Motorsports, that magic survived the flames – literally. Started in 2018 by Bryan Dyer & Edwin Ellis, Victory Motorsports was never meant to be just another tuning shop. These guys aren’t in it for the hype, clout, or ego – they’re in it because they live & breathe this life. From the beginning, their goal was simple: Build clean, powerful, reliable cars that make sense for the driver behind the wheel. No upsells. And no BS. Just honest expertise… and a deep understanding of what your car can do when it’s set up right.

Was a hidden gem about an hour outside of Atlanta in Loganville, Georgia. And for me, it was a bit personal. Because that location used to be my old audio shop. So watching them transform it into a gear-head’s paradise full of JDM legends, torque-heavy American muscle, and slick Euro machines was a beautiful thing. It felt like the place had a second life. One filled with dyno pulls, weekend-wrenching, and horsepower therapy.
Then the fire happened…
It was a devastating blow. Seeing your hard work, your dreams, and your livelihood – all of it – go up in smoke? It could’ve ended the story right there. But if you know Bryan and Edwin, you know they don’t roll over. That fire didn’t end Victory Motorsports – it lit an even bigger flame. Instead of folding, they rented space at another shop and kept pushing forward. No excuses. And no slowing down. They were determined to keep building & tuning. Even with limited space & resources, they still put out jaw-dropping creations. The passion never died. If anything, it intensified.

After years of uncertainty, stress, and hustle… they’ve come back swinging with a new shop (still in Loganville GA) that’s nothing short of stunning. The layout, the energy, the atmosphere… it’s clear this isn’t just a new chapter. It’s a full-blown redemption arc. A real-life phoenix rising from the ashes. And let me tell you: walking into the new location, you feel it. That same spirit, that same drive – but now with more room to grow, better tools, and an atmosphere that screams, “We’re just getting started.”

JDM Legends are just another Tuesday. Love S2000s? Supras? Skylines? Love seeing outside-the-box engine swaps? Yeah, those are here… being blessed by some of the sharpest minds in the game. And now, with the addition of Adam Hong, a technician whose humility is only matched by his skill, the team has hit a whole new level. Adam says he’s “just a guy who works on cars”. But don’t be fooled – his precision, calm demeanor, and deep knowledge are exactly what make him a vital part of this next chapter.
But even the best tools & techs won’t make a shop great without something deeper.
A shop can’t operate in conflict. There has to be camaraderie – real harmony. And I’m not just talking about the “yeah we’re cool” type of vibe. I mean the kind of bond forged in the fires (no pun intended) of long nights, hard lessons, & shared victories (also no pun intended). The kind of bond where you can talk trash, speak your mind, and no one gets offended… because respect is already understood. And the kind of bond that fills the back of the shop with music, laughter, and laser-focused wrenching. That’s what these guys have. And you can feel it. Victory Motorsports doesn’t just build cars – they’ve built a brotherhood. No… this ain’t an ad. Nobody asked me to write this. I wrote it cause I felt it.

They took the hits, rebuilt from the ashes, and came back even stronger. If you’re looking for hype, go somewhere else.
