Inspiration comes from the top-down AND the bottom-up. It’s both dynamic and symbiotic.

So value your value. But be wise to approach this culture with a sense of humility, and a selfless eagerness to help & encourage those around you. We need that. Because compared to most other hobbies, there is A LOT to learn here. Why do it alone?
